We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician with experience in water filtration systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of water filtration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair water filtration systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections to assess system performance and identify any issues or potential problems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining service procedures, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend system upgrades or modifications based on customer requirements and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, equipment inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade school training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the water filtration or related industry.
• Valid Class III License.
• Strong understanding of water treatment principles, including filtration, purification, and disinfection methods.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Starting pay will be between $17 – $25 per hour based on experience

• Represent Basin Water Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
